How it works

For the traveler

Launch the app and complete your profile.  The more details you share, the more trust you’ll gain.
Go to the “Deliver” section.
Enter the following:
– Your travel route: where you’re going from and to.
– Departure date.
– What types of parcels you’re willing to carry and the payment you expect.
– Any additional terms: whether you can pick up the package from someone’s home, receive it by mail, etc
Publish your trip.  Once it’s happend, senders will be able to find you in the search.
Receive requests from senders. Choose and approve the ones that are most convenient and safe for you.
Once you approve a request, we will create a chat for you and the sender to discuss all the details of the logistics and payment.
Deliver the package to the recipient and receive your payment.

Launch the app and complete your profile.  The more information you provide, the more trust you’ll build with travelers.
Go to the “Send” section.
In the search form, enter:
– Where the parcel is being sent from and to (you can select a city or a country).
– The time frame for delivery.
– The size of the parcel.
Find a traveler whose route matches your delivery needs.  Didn’t find a match? Try broadening your search criteria or create a reminder — we’ll notify you when a suitable trip appears.
Submit a request once you find a traveler.  Add a description of the parcel contents and clear, detailed photos.
Once the traveler approves, we’ll open a moderated chat so you can coordinate delivery and payment details.
Pay the traveler after the recipient receives the package.
