FAQ

For the traveler

Launch the app, go to the “Deliver” menu, and publish your trip: enter your route, travel dates, the parcel sizes you’re willing to carry, and the payment you’d like to receive.
 Agree on the delivery, hand over the items, and get compensated by the sender.

All you need to do is publish your trip — and delivery requests will find you.
 Once your trip is live, you’ll automatically start receiving delivery requests, which you can accept or decline.

We’re working on introducing a convenient identity verification system for every user.
 In the meantime, we follow a few simple but effective rules to help keep you safe:

  • Before agreeing to a delivery, check the sender’s rating and reviews.
  • Carefully review the request and photos of the parcel. If something feels off, it’s best to decline and report it to support.
  • Discuss all details in the chat — it’s moderated by our team.
  • You have the right to inspect the parcel before accepting it. The sender must keep it open until the handoff.
  • If needed, you may ask to see an ID during the meeting.

If the contents of the parcel seem suspicious and/or do not match the description and photo from the application, you have the full right to refuse delivery. In this case, leave a review and notify the support team to help protect other community members.

If you pay duties or other fees for the parcel while traveling, you can negotiate compensation with the sender. They should pay the costs after you show them proof of payment.

After successful delivery, you will receive payment directly from the sender – in the manner agreed upon between you.

Deliver My Pack is not involved in financial settlements and is not responsible for the arrangements between the sender and the traveler. At the same time, we can help you collect all the necessary information to resolve the dispute.

If you have a dispute:

  • Contact our live chat support – we will provide access to the history of your arrangements in the internal chat and moderate the dialog if necessary.
  • In case of a serious violation or suspected fraud, we can cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

We are always in touch to help you. Just write to us in the support chat in the app or Telegram bot – describe your question or situation, and we’ll answer right there.

For the sender

Launch the app in Telegram, go to the Send menu, and then enter the city of departure, delivery, and parcel size in the search box, and you’ll get a list of travelers who are ready to pick up your package.

  • Extend the search period and expand the criteria (city, parcel type).
  • Click the “Notify me of new travelers” button, and we will notify you as soon as a suitable trip appears on the platform.

Safety on the platform is built around a review system.
 Rely on feedback from other users, check documents and social media profiles yourself, and don’t hesitate to ask follow-up questions if needed. We also moderate chats to help prevent any violations.

While we’re working on a built-in verification feature, you can verify the traveler manually.
 Ask them to show an ID and share links to their social media profiles.
 If you have any doubts — it’s better to skip the deal.

  • Meet in public: If possible, meet in a safe, public place for the handoff.
  • Clarify contents: Let the traveler know exactly what’s inside — honesty builds trust.
  • Payment after delivery: Only pay once the recipient confirms the package is received.
  • Use only the moderated chat to coordinate all delivery details.

We follow an open-box policy. This means the traveler has the right to inspect the contents of the package to ensure they match the description — it’s a matter of safety and trust.
 Don’t seal the package completely before the handoff — doing so may result in the traveler refusing to deliver it.

Payment for delivery is made after it is made. You agree on the amount and method of payment directly with the traveler in a personal chat.
Please note: requesting or offering advance payment is strictly prohibited. It goes against our community rules and may result in account suspension.

Using the platform is completely free for travelers, senders, and recipients.
 The sender pays the traveler directly for the delivery — only after the recipient receives the package.

As a sender, you are responsible for reimbursing the traveler if they had to pay customs duties for your parcel.
 Reimbursement is based on official documentation confirming the payment.

If you haven’t handed over the package to the traveler yet — simply tap “Cancel Request” in the app.
If the package has already been handed over — contact the traveler as soon as possible via chat and inform them about the change of plans.

You can always find the chat link with the traveler in the Deliver My Pack bot or directly in the app.

It is moderated, and in case of disputes, we can review your communication history.

This is a mandatory rule of the platform — the traveler has the right to inspect the contents of the package before accepting it.
 The contents must match the description and photos provided in the request.
 If they don’t, the traveler has the right to refuse the delivery

This increases safety for both parties.

Agree on payment after delivery to avoid misunderstandings.
 Advance payment is prohibited by the platform and may result in account suspension.

Share social media, look at travel tickets and identity documents.

Profile and application

The language is set automatically based on your device settings.
 However, you can change it manually in the app: go to Settings → Language and choose your preferred option.

You’ll see the “Leave a review” option in your request or trip after the delivery or journey is completed.
 Tap it and share your experience — a few words from you can help others make informed decisions.

All reviews you’ve received or written are saved in your profile.
 Go to the “Reviews” section to view them.

To delete your account, open the app and go to the “Profile” section.
 Tap “Edit,” then select the “Delete Account” option.
 Once confirmed, your profile and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
